The McComb City Railroad Depot Museum, along with the McComb Tourism & Community Development Department, sponsored a day of fun, food and fellowship to honor railroad families on Saturday, April 4 at the Downtown Parking Garage. Attendance was free; the hours were from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Dogwood Cross provided the entertainment in the form of nonstop, high octane Gospel music. The clouds finally cleared away and participants had a fine day of visiting, story-telling and eating. Local residents were asked to bring lawn chairs.
